Removing the Cape in Clive

Remove Clive's cape from his usual costume. It doesn't affect the Burnt Black outfit.

INSTALLATION:

for Reloaded-II: drag and drop the reboot zip file for the appropriate mode (for example: _reloaded-II_Clive cape removal.zip) into the Reloaded-II section for the mods of this game.

tutorial: drag-and-drop the 0001.diff.pac file for the corresponding mod into the game data folder.

Note - If you are stuck on the screen saver when using the Reloaded-II version, it may be helpful to run the game normally (not through Reloaded-II) after Reloaded-II creates a .diff file or files in the data directory.
