Description:


The DU-AL front loader is a brand of front loaders intended for installation on tractors, which is widely used in agriculture and low-rise construction. Considered reliable and versatile, DU-AL loaders were designed to be compatible with various tractor models from industry giants such as John Deere, Ford, Massey Ferguson and others.


Key characteristics of DU-AL front loaders:


Hydraulic control. The DU-AL forklifts were built with hydraulic cylinders powered by a hydraulic tractor system, allowing for smooth operation of the boom and loader bucket.

Attachments options.

Buckets (general purpose, for bulk materials)

Spears for bales

Pallet forks

Forks for manure. Many DU-AL models included quick-fix systems that allowed for quick change of attachments.

Retention system. The DU-AL loaders were designed to be easy to mount and dismount, allowing operators to mount and remove them effortlessly and with no special tools.

Strength and durability. These loaders were known for their robust construction and ability to cope with difficult agricultural tasks.

The DU-AL range included a variety of models with different lifting capacities, boom departure and compatibility with tractor sizes. Typical designations were for models such as the DU-AL 310, DU-AL 340 or DU-AL 500, with specifications suitable for both compact and full-size agricultural tractors.


Company history


Initially, DU-AL was an independent loader manufacturer. Over time, the company or its product lines were acquired by Woods Equipment Company, a major agricultural equipment manufacturer. After the acquisition, support for the older DU-AL models was retained for some time, but the new production was eventually discontinued, making the DU-AL loaders obsolete.

Today, they are still found in many farms due to their reliability, but finding spare parts may be more difficult, requiring recourse to secondary market suppliers or scrap metal warehouses.

Maintenance Recommendations
