A fully animated enterprise specializing in the production of wood pellets serves to heat residential and other structures, operating on the basis of a boiler or pellet stove. The company is located in a wooden building with dimensions of 48 m x 25 m x 10 m.

Raw materials for the manufacture of granules - chips obtained from the game (by logging or processing poplars). In addition, you will need to purchase rolls of bags and empty pallets in the store.

Wood chips are unloaded into a volumetric hopper, then, by means of two conveyor belts, transferred to a second hopper, before getting into a cylindrical press, where, under the action of rotation, it is ground to sawdust and pressed into granules. The fan moves the pellets through the tubes to the packing area, where the rolls of empty bags are located (they can be purchased in the store). They are then delivered to a pallet tray where empty pallets are placed and available for purchase in the store. The pellet production cycle is over and the pallets are sent to the storage shelves.
