About This Mod
This mod makes the credit system a little more realistic. However, standard in-game loans will be disabled. If the farm has an outstanding loan, it will be transferred to the new system.
In this system, you can get an annual loan. To do this, you need to take a loan with a fixed amount, term and interest rate. Monthly payments are calculated and written off at the end of the month. In this case, the bank requires a deposit, so the maximum loan amount is calculated based on the current selling value of the car, plantations (60%), cash and affordable credit. To be more realistic, interest rates on credit may rise, fall, or remain unchanged each month. This makes the timing of the loan more important. However, you can change the variable rate to a fixed rate.
