About This Mod

This is an update to the Underwater FX mode created by woodbyte, which makes the underwater world a little more interesting, changing its appearance depending on whether the player is wearing diving glasses or certain full-face helmets. By default, visibility under water is very blurred. In order to see more clearly under water, the player must wear some kind of eye protection. To obtain a Rebreather breathing apparatus, a side quest of Volare must be performed. Replacements for breathing apparatus can be obtained from - Suitable power armor and helmet kits - Chinese stealth armor - Space suit

Note: Recipes for this equipment are not provided. You will have to find them in the world, add a mod that provides recipes for these items, or get them through console commands.UPDATE More Goggles This mod adds equipment from the base game: - NCR and Legion glasses that are worn along with the helmet - Raider glasses that are worn along with the helmet, such as the Psychopath Helmet and the Empty Hound Helmet - Radiation Suit Options such as the Enclave Scientist Suit Model helmet that does not completely cover the entire face has been updated to wear with a breathing apparatus. So far I have only found Raiders helmets, but these changes have been made with YUP requirements in mind, so I recommend that you purchase this mod if you haven't already (and you should). To the note: I allowed myself to add compatibility with the Four Eyes advantage to helmets with glasses that I think should have Four Eyes. It's not like I'm using them anyway. Using the Ranger Combat Gear helmet and its derivatives as underwater glasses no longer requires the Ranger Combat Helmet kit (which does not mean they can now be used for underwater breathing). The Chinese breathing apparatus Stealth Armour Rebreather Initially it could not cause underwater effects in most modding installations, so it was fixed. It was originally intended to be used as a diving mask. We added it to the list of underwater breathing gear. I don't think it's completely consistent with the plot, but it's reasonable for what it is. It eliminates the need for compatible patches (for example, if you are using a mod separating the helmet from the suit) and allows you to breathe underwater without having to wear an appropriate stealth helmet. A disadvantage is that wearing underwater without a full-face helmet may result in a less thrilling experience. However, in vanilla games, it is considered an integral part of the helmet, so such a mod will not affect those who do not have it installed. Power Armour Atmospheric Diving Suit Ability to activate the function of breathing under water, wearing suitable parts of Power Armour, similar in appearance. The following configurations are supported: - For example, T-45d Power Armour to T-45d Power Helmet, Brotherhood Power Armour to this helmet model, Brotherhood T-45d Armour to a conventional T-45d helmet, NCR Salvage Power Armour to T-45d Variant Helmet and vice versa, T-45d Variant Armour to NCR Salvage Power Helmet, Remnant Power Armour to Tesla Variant Helmet and vice versa, Tesla Variant Armour to a conventional Remnant Helmet Note:

Note: To wear the power armor, you must pass the Park Power Armour Training training (the only exception is NCR Salvage Power Armour) DLC SUPPORT Honest Hearts DLC Desert Ranger Combat Helmet for better visibility under water Old World Blues DLC Robotomite goggles and masked variant for better visibility under water Lonesome Road DLC Scorched Sierra power armour corresponds only to the Scorched Sierra power helmet, which is provided in this mode only in matches (credit Yukichigai). To get this helmet, you need to kill Colonel Royes and loot his corpse. Recommended Fashion Helmet - Add a variety of helmet skins and additional sound breathing features for a more immersive experience. Underwater FX - try the optional UWFXGodrays file, which adds "rays of God" to locations that are only underwater. Compatibility/Conflict As far as I know, there are no particular conflicts. In the worst case, you will see a slight difference in the state of biker points (±1 DT) and some raider helmets. Otherwise, this mod does not override the changes made to the armor and associated equipment by other mods. Please note that mod-added titles will require a compatibility patch if you want them to work with this mod. TTW patches are not currently planned. This mod is intended to be used almost exclusively in vanilla games. If someone is interested in the order of installation when this mod was made, here is the link.
