About This Mod

9/21/15 update: Thank you very much to skyrimdownloader777 for the new file images. Nice job. The final TTW patch is currently under development, but no further updates are expected. I haven't played New Vegas in months, and frankly, I'm so fed up with the game that I don't think it's worth the effort to create a complex patch with other modes. If you really want, feel free to make your own patch and download it on Nexus Update: 1/30/14 Fixed GRA MF Hyperbreeder Alpha bug. I don't think the error was caused by my fashion, but it's still fixed. Mod now has to work perfectly, Read-Me says there are still bugs, but I forgot to make a new Read-Me for this and the latest update. Logically, the energy weapon in Fallout 3 and New Vegas should be more powerful. In other words, throwing thickened plasma at you should do more than tickle you. This bothered me, but I ignored all the energy weapons in both games (except the Gauss rifle in FO3). Having got a gaming computer, I was looking for a mod to change that; for Fallout 3 it was, but for F: for NV it was not. There was a fashion for the Fallout 3, but not for the F: NV. Then I bought Fallout 1 and 2 (unfortunately they are no longer available). There, most of the energy weapons could last until the end of the game, and the plasma rifle was the perfect weapon to take with you on the final boss. What the hell, Bethesda? I understand that balance is important, but that's why you made the weapons as bad as possible. (Exceptions include Gauss rifle and Tesla cannon, but there are better options.) There are very few weapons worth bringing to the Hoover Dam in the final battle, and they become virtually useless after the 20th level. After completing these games, I launched G.E.C.K. and changed some of the data values. Fashion is not good, and for some people it can reverse the problem. But in a single game, it's better to be a little too strong than too weak, right? At least in my opinion, they are not broken, but worthy of respect. The stopping force is finally good enough to compete with weapons. It is also worth finding unique variants of plasma and laser rifles. Differences between versions. The main difference is that the vanilla files contain only weapons from the regular game, and the DLC files only affect weapons from the DLC. For example, Old World Blues files modify the LAER and nothing else. If you need to make changes to all DLC and vanilla, Merged will include all these files in one ESP and reduce the boot order. I need the exact meaning of what it does, and then I'll get it. For an energy weapon with a skill of 100, this is what it looks like.
