Improved water 0.9b

This is an attempt to improve the water quality in the game by using your own vanilla assets, but there are some limitations:

"Not all water bodies look better than vanilla.

- No set to create means you can't change color, reflection, transparency or water flow.

- Unlike previous Fallout games, you can't control the weather or the time of day, so it's easy to test, check for bugs and compare how it looks in the game under different conditions.

- Texture editing is not my specialty, so I can improve it in future releases.

- This mode does not correct pixel reflections. Reflections in the screen area occur at the level of the engine, and there is nothing you can do about it.

All textures are 4k, so if you have little VRAM, this mod can cause problems. Even in Vanilla, VRAM consumption is higher where there are many objects (for example, in Charleston/Watog).

I'm quite new to texture work, so over time I'll release a 2k version of fashion as soon as I understand how best to do it without losing quality.

1 - Extract files to the Fallout76/Data folder.

2 - Locate the Fallout76Custom.ini file in Documents/My Games/Fallout76 and open it.

3 - Find the line:

[Archive].

sResourceArchive2List=. 

4 - Add "WaterHD.ba2" to the string without commas:

[Archive].

sResourceArchive2List= WaterHD.ba2

5 - Save.
