Fanfare Free - no more pop-ups
About This Mod
Are you annoyed by the big fanfare that pops up in the middle of the screen when you're in the middle of a battle? This mod will allow you to choose which pop-ups to hide, and get rid of all distractions while you destroy supermutants, snalligasters and scorchbests!
Popups that can be turned off include:
Selection of items and rewards (legendary items, holiday gifts and buckets for miners, bobleheads and magazines, etc.)
Quest statuses (reports of start, finish, and failure, along with a list of rewards)
Raise level
Daily operation statuses (goal update and completion message)
Conquer the wasteland without annoying notifications. Be free of fanfare!
Installation
1. Download and unzip the fashion zip file to the Fallout 76\Data folder.
2. (Optional) Download and extract the last ini zip file to the Fallout 76\Data folder. This will reset all existing FanfareFree settings.
If you are NOT a text chat user:
3. In the Fallout76Custom.ini file, add FanfareFree.ba2 last to the mod download list (sResourceIndexFileList).
If you are a text chat user:
3. In Fallout76Custom.ini, add FanfareFree.ba2 before ChatMod.ba2 to the mod download list (sResourceIndexFileList). ChatMod.ba2 must be the last one to function properly.
