VF - Short faction skirts

It's based on a Ratty Skirt skirt, I don't plan to make a washed dress because I hate lol shoes. I consider the Ratty skirt the best short skirt option at the moment, despite the annoying pants. I lifted my pants as high as possible to avoid the circumcision that can be seen on my short skirt. You also can not get into the micro-skirt zone, the skirt replaces the hips area. The scarf cannot be removed because it replaces the collar area.

Enclave:

I liked the idea of Twistedsymmetry, but I prefer my clothes to be dirty and worn out. He darkened the outfit, made completely new textures. The equipment has been changed to better meet military standards.

Changed passivity on Endurance.

Institute:

It is based on the Institute's in-game clothing. Though I prefer dirt and dirt, for me, the institution is the opposite. So this uniform is beautiful and clean. I like the orange color, so this is the first option. Over time, I'll do one for each color of the in-game institute.

Changed passivity to Intelligence.

Minutmens: 

The Minutemen is a hybrid between the general's outfit and some of the color schemes of the American Revolution. Minutemen are mostly recruits wandering through the mud, so the uniforms fit that.

Changes the passivity to Perception.

Brotherhood of Steel:

It is based on nothing but typical color schemes of standard military uniform. The first form is urban, because many people like black and white. Then there will be field uniforms to create in-game military clothing. Then - the uniform based on the USMC uniform.

Passivity changed to Strength.

Railway:

The railroad is a very standard faction, they don't have uniforms. The railway will be completely random, so this one will look more average than the rest. I'll probably refer to a lot of things for them.

Changed passivity to Dexterity.

Minor factions:

UHHHXXXX PROBABLY NOT.

I don't think I'll do minor factions, because I'd rather focus on creating new ones for the current ones.

Offline information:
