How to enable modding
Navigate to the Fallout 4 folder under Documents/My Games/Fallout 4.
You will find several .ini files in this folder.
Open (or create, if not available) Fallout4Custom.ini with your favorite text editor (we use Notepad++).
Add the following lines to Fallout4Custom.ini[Archive]bInvalidateOlderFiles=1sResourceDataDirsFinal=
Save and close Fallout4Custom.ini

then either install Nexus from the mod manager (easy) or manually copy the files to the Fallout installation directory.
No esp activation is required, it is only a texture mod.
