About This Mod
Hello to all GIS fans!
What is the German sorting of items?
There is nothing more annoying than the chaos in the Wasteland inventory! Without sorting, it's easy to lose track and spend a lot of time looking for the right item in the lists. It is here that the prefixes in brackets in the "German Sorting of Objects" come to the rescue. Many other texts have also been revised and optimized.
Many translation errors have been/will be fixed (see changelog) if found or reported in the game.
All vanilla prefixes for clothes, power armor, armor and weapons now have suffixes (Name|Tier|Mod).
All booklets (except RobCo Fun) are now named with suffixes in ID order for clarity.
Various optimizations, such as clear and uniform naming, correcting existing prefixes and suffixes, and more!
"Better Armor Mod Description" and "Better Weapon Mod Description" are included in GIS, but not DLC. All texts (mod descriptions) are now described in detail with exact values, if you have set a mod, then it can now be uninstalled.
All changes were implemented using FO4Edit and ESP-ESM Translator only.
Below is an overview of all GIS prefixes:
Drinks:
- [Alk] each incl. ice alcohol
- Nuka] each incl. Ice Nuka
- (Drink) any drink from bottle/bag without radiation
- Drink-RAD] any drink from bottle/package with radiation
Food:
"[Seed] any item that can be planted during construction
- (Snack) any type of healing food without radiation

- (Narcotic) any item that may cause addiction
Golobandy:

Ammunition and grenades
- Ammunition] any type of usable ammunition
- (Syringe) any ammunition for injectors

- (signal) any signal grenade (smoke, direction indicator, signal, transmitter, radio beacon and Vertibird signal).

Items of clothing:

GIS v.2.0Revival - Please read all!
After much thought, I decided to keep the GIS, not only with the patches I provided, but also with a new full upgrade from v.1.52 to v.2.0Revival. I do this because the founder (messiahgov), unfortunately, has been inactive for a long time, and the last update was a few months ago. The new Betehsda 1.5 157 patch has changed a lot of things that need to be fixed because GIS - v.1.52 contains a lot of old files that need to be fixed to the latest version, otherwise there will be bugs that will negatively affect the gaming experience and will happen.
I would like to help the founder and the GIS community with this and to correct the situation. It would be a shame if the best German fashion just went extinct. Personally, I can no longer play without GIS, as everything else would be a step backwards for me." In conclusion, I think he will agree that his work be continued temporarily here. Once he's back, I'll take the mod down or, at best, I'll take him to his website.
From v.1.52 to v.2.0Revival
A few weeks ago, I took the job and fixed and improved a lot of small things. There are still a few things to fix in GIS, but I was able to change and improve a lot of small things that make the gaming experience with GIS a little better.

A big problem was also the confusion between DEF UI and GIS! Now I have configured the FOMod installer so that installation between the two modes is much easier without constantly overwriting the files (the installation steps can be found in the Posts tab). I also deleted old files and replaced them with new ones, so that everything is now compatible with the Survival 1.5 patch. Only add-ons have been completely removed since there are a lot of deprecated add-ons that are not compatible with patch 1.5, and their update takes a long time. Here you can find out if and when they will be updated.

- Holotapes on "Holotapes" + all holocassettes (cassette, hacking, game and playthrough) now all together, before it was not so.

"Injector munitions also have their own prefix [syringe].
- The hair clip and hairclip box now have a different prefix in front of [Device] > [Hair] and the lock as the icon instead of the stealth boy.
Icons for DEF UI changed:
- Cloverleaf has become a diamond - prefix [Special] for more specificity.
- The ore symbol has turned into a bin with the prefix [Worthless] Useless items now have a bin icon
I also added a beverage bottle to the workshop inventory, now all the drinks are in the same category.
GIS for patch 1.5
Since patch 1.5 157 was released a few days ago, GIS has unfortunately become unplayable at the Survival difficulty level, and important things like weighted ammo or various diseases have disappeared because outdated GIS items have overwritten new ones. (I've now fixed it all.)
We need to work together, I'm up to you, and if something needs to be fixed or new items added, then you need to let me know. (Update will follow later)
Automatron & Far Harbor DLC for GIS
I have added GIS prefixes to all DLC items, of course, compatible with DEF UI. If you need to fix something, let me know right away.
Additional fixes
Perks:
- The demolition expert’s radius is no longer reset to Normal when the last rank is earned. (Fixed by Bethesda)
- Ninja now works with 2H melee weapons and unarmed and correctly adds damage with other perks, etc.
- "Double shot" now works correctly with shotguns and doubles the projectiles.
"Iron Fist" now allows critical blows to be carried out unarmed in heavy armor, but not yet stunned.
- Strong's Berserk now works for unarmed attacks.
- "Island Talent" now works with intelligence below 1, and 3rd rank with 5 ints. no more than twice as effective as with 6.
- Scooperdyai now also works with .44 cartridges, 10mm cartridges, thermonuclear elements and shotgun shells.
"Dogmite can now also use the Live and Love magazine.
Jobs:
- If Slava dies during the "Memory Interrupted" mission, it results in an error that prevents Desdemona from completing the "Undercover Underground" mission and starting "War Abyss". Now it's fixed! But the mistake won't go away if you kill everyone on the Pridven. The fix won't help if Slava is already dead and Desdemona doesn't talk to you. This means that Glory is now set to "Essential" for "Memory Interrupted" and "Allow the Dead" for "Abyss of War".
- Radiant's two quests "A Clean Equation" and "Clear Skies" no longer work on P.A.M. if you become friends with SB after the game.
- The terminal at Bobby's Apartment has been moved a little so you can always reach it without having to zoom out with a console or anything like that.
Other:
- Full bottles now also have corresponding sound effects when raised/lowered.
- For "Empty milk bottle" and "Beer bottle" the sound effects (for full bottles) have been removed, as is usually the case with empty ones.
- Clothes of the companions Curie, Strong and Valentine can now be removed, put on and removed from the inventory, as well as all companions.
- "Faded Cloak of Nick" now has almost the same properties as "Faded Cloak".
- Fixed "Suit Vault-111 - new", showing a dirty texture when viewed from the 1st person.
- Fixed workbench and keywords of various types of armor based on metal armor.
- Fixed incorrect option "No add-ons" for synthetic armor.
- Fixed used material of workbench table (HighTechDesk01_Dirty), "c_Wood_scrap" now "c_Wood".
- HUD targets are now disabled in dialogs, allows you to use pacification options and no longer leads to hostile NPC.
- Machine gun leather, armor, armor and flannel shirt and jeans can now be disassembled.
"The Brotherhood of Steel pilots are now wearing the right clothes.
- The "B" model of the T-60 heavy armor no longer regenerates the AP.
- Fixed 2 incorrect entries for T-60 Power Armour (with reference to T-45), causing the helmet light (bright and red) to display correctly.
- Ballistic cloth can now be completely removed with "No cloth", previously it could only be lowered.
- Fixed 5 booklets, i.e. their entries that refer to incorrect HiRes-textures (for "Examine") (also helps with mods that make them glow).
- Since everything, including the recipe, is already available in the game, the material slot can now be used for power armor raiders. That is, lead and titanium cladding, as well as the color of Hot Rod, but visually nothing changes, otherwise everything works without problems.
"Front vision illumination ring" is now available for both the combat rifle and the combat shotgun. The records for the crafting were forgotten.
"The Fusion Magazine now subtracts munitions rather than adds them and thus fits the description.
- Fixed the "Guardians Union" grid from "Clothes\SlinkyDress\GlassesGO.nif" to «Actors\Supermutant\CharacterAssets\blindfold.nif».
- Hot Yao Guai now deals +10% melee damage instead of +500% and matches the description.
- The "Wild Melon Flower", "Wild Bottle Pumpkin Flower" and "Ash Flower" now weigh 0.1 instead of 1.0.
- "Aluminum tray" now gives aluminum instead of steel during processing.
- Fixed a net of leather armor (by mm137, in the new BSA)
- Fixed the position and texture of fusion cells (by SuddSumm, in the new BSA)
- Fixed flying bolt on power armor X-01 (author dominixrz, in new BSA)
The best I have left for last:
I've integrated hidden tags so you can add icons to your weapon of your choice.
Here's how it works:
You go into the weapons workbench and find the weapon to which you want to add an icon, then rename it and put the prefix in front of the weapon name. Example: 10 mm > [Gun] 10 mm.

Uninstall the old GIS v.1.52, also uninstall patch 1.5 and Automatron DLC from me earlier, and then install GIS v.2.0 with all patches and updates. You can either do everything conveniently via NMM, or simply add files manually to the Data and Intferface folder. If you choose the manual option, you will still have to activate the plugin in the NMM by checking the "Plugin" tab. (Manual option for advanced users only)
