About This Mod
This mod allows you to wear a cape, uses a slot for a ring or bandana. Compatible with Ballistic Weave
Found a model of a cloak in the vanilla files that I don't think is used in the game, and created .esp to make it fit to wear.
Minor problems: Climbs through most clothes (best used with storage suits, BOS uniforms, thin/no clothes), and elbows crawl through when running.
It is recommended that you use Nexus Mod Manager for installation.
If you set the mod manually, copy Maxson_Cape.esp from the Data folder to the Fallout 4 Data folder and enable it.
For color retextures: select a color folder and place MaxonCape_d.DDS in Data/Textures/Armor/KnightUnderArmor/
