- Rain command g_bad_weather_factor 1.0 (1.0 ON, 0.0 OFF)

- Added blue color for fog.
- Added sunlight intensity
- Fixed the physics of rain
- Blue added to shadows
- Amber-yellow added to lighting
- Changed visibility of track lights at sunrise and sunset.
- Changed janitors: three speed modes (slow, fast, very fast)
