Full reworking of the torch settings for the lamp system 1.40
Old versions of the strobe only replaced with new models
Reworked variants of marker + stroboscope, now there are separate models of left/right lamp
Fixed minor glitches in 3D models
The structure of glare and definitions has been cleaned up and ordered

3 types: solid marker, marker + stroboscope, only stroboscope
2 stroboscope variants: left and right
Amber and red flashing options - IMPORTANT - red flashing has limited functionality in ETS 2
