Some max level spells

I only added spells that are described in SureAI wiki. If you know the identifiers of other spells, feel free to add and lay out as your own, I don't mind.

Drag the text file to the main Enderal folder and type "bat allspells" in the game.

Because of my laziness, I wrote C++ code that does the work of outputting the contents of a text file. In the code, I declared a string variable with 50 elements because I added only 50 identifiers. If you want to add more identifiers, you should resize this variable. The code should run on any compiler.

It should also work on Olderal if they haven't changed the ID of the items.

PS: Please don't bother me with the :(. I am not a programmer and know only the basics (maybe even lower). It can irradiate your eyes, because I announced the string in the most heretical way possible.

If you get nothing because of my perfect knowledge of English, do not hesitate to ask. I'll help in any way I can. This is my first time adding something, so I may have forgotten some important parts.
