HOW TO USE To get started, check out the options below to understand what they are actually doing. Each option edits the same file, so there are separate folders for each possible combination of options. Find the right one and download it as usual using Mod Engine.Options These are the options you want to use in normal gameplay. All combinations are listed in the main folder in alphabetical order.CA - Disables chromatic aberration. The effect is that the further away from the center of the image, the more different the color channels become. - ER CA is always on at one or another level, and turning it off sharply increases the sharpness of the image near the edges of the Vignette - darkens the periphery of the image. - This is especially recommended when taking screenshots, as the vignette in ER is quite strong. Cursed options These are options that actively degrade the look of the game, but you can try them for curiosity. All combinations containing one or more of them are in the Cursed Options folder and are listed in alphabetical order Bloom - disables the bloom and glare effect, the effect of spreading bright areas of the image to neighboring pixels. - ER has many giant glowing trees, fire and burning giant glowing trees, but this is not recommended as without Bloom Fog (Global) - disables the global fog effect, which is based on distance relative to the player. - Although it is funny to see strange things in the distance, it violates the aesthetics of most zones and generally looks terrible. Fog (Local) - Disables the local volume of mist. "It’s not as damaging to visual perception as turning off general fog, but it definitely removes the character of some areas. Lighting - discolor all ambient light to neutral white. - Since ER tones are much thinner than in previous games, it will likely make some areas and time periods pointlessly boring.
