About This Mod
The fight in this game is great, but there are some serious balance issues. Generally all enemies die very quickly and are not particularly dangerous unless you weaken yourself by wearing armor, using only a pawn, etc. This is REFramework's scripting mod, which tries to solve the game's combat balance problems, mainly by increasing the amount of damage dealt to enemies, reducing the amount of damage you take and complicating their stagger.
The exact number can be adjusted so that the difficulty can be adjusted depending on the stage of the game. Of course, if you want to make the game easier, you can also increase damage and stagger values.
This is not enough to really solve the problem of battle balance - ideally you should be able to create more enemies, more often to breed the elite and increase the aggressiveness of the enemy. I found references to code that may be related to enemy combat formations and decision-making, but I have no idea how to work on increasing aggression.
Features.
Added in-game REFramework menu, where you can configure various combat options:
- Damage taken by the player
- Player's Pawn Damage
- Damage to regular enemies (adjustable based on the size of the game)
- Damage to enemies of the boss (adjusted depending on the size of the game)
- Damage inflicted by another NPC
- Player stagnation
- Player stagnation
- Stagger usual enemy
- Stagger enemies boss
- Staggering other NPCs
These values apply to weapon, spell, and skill attacks, as well as "direct damage" from state, roll, and fall effects.
