About This Mod

Increase the speed of selection/distribution of handicrafts with disappearing touch.

In Dragon Age Inquisition, all weak-to-touch crafting materials have a 1 in 100 chance of being dropped or collected. You can assemble hundreds of standard materials and not find a single material with a pale tint, let alone one that you really need.


This mod increases the frequency of pale materials and the frequency of their collection from metal puddles and lute drops. You are still at the mercy of the RNG, but now it has become more lenient.


Versions 0.1-0.3 of this mode have fixed dropout rates, as shown in the download tab.

Version 0.4 is a new customizable version that allows you to set your own drop rates for the metal, fabric and leather FT.


Note: the drop of the cross and skin with a pale touch is connected with the development of the plot and appears only after the completion of the quest "Archist" and the unlock of the craftsman. Pale Touch metals can be collected from the beginning.


We also found that some materials (blue vitriol, dragon stone, iron, lapis lazuli and nevarritis) do not fall out at all in the second pale touch. This may apply to certain types of fabric and leather. This situation could not be remedied.

The drop-out rates of all standard materials remained unchanged. Thus, 100% for metal objects, 20% for fabric and 50-75% for leather (in general).


The mod has not yet been fully tested. However, we have confirmed that tarnished metal has an increased drop rate. Three pieces of tarnished iron were collected from the fields around Pristanische.

The mod is already a little tested and seems to work well. Version 0.4 is in a new phase of testing. Please report any problems.

There were no reports of problems with this mode. However, if you encounter a problem, please report it in as much detail as possible.
