About This Mod

Do you miss Skippy, our fancy little friend?

Regina gave you the gun, but without artificial intelligence, it's just another lackluster piece of iron.

Now you can bring him back to life!



How it works:


Take Skippy to Wilson and buy something to miraculously revive him.

After lively, enjoy Skippy's companion :)


There are three prerequisites for this to work:

RadioExt

RED4ext

Settings for the cybernetic engine.

Fortunately, these are standard requirements for many mods.



This mod does not change the logic of game quests or the properties of the Skippy smartgun gun.

It is activated only after you complete the Skippy Quest and get a smartphone from Regina, following the new quest logic introduced in the second version of the game.



Multilingual support:


Because Skippy's set of voice languages is limited, English will be played by default in unsupported languages.

Fashion user interface supports translations. English and Polish are now included. All other languages will display the English text by default.



Compatibility information:


Game v2.02 and 2.1 - 2.1+

Designed for deactivation on previous versions of the game.


Red4Ext and Cyber Engine Tweaks: the latest versions for supported versions of the game.

Please note that both versions are highly dependent on the version of the game, you should select the versions that meet the requirements of your installed game.


CET 1.29.0 is not supported due to numerous problems in this version.

CET 1.30.0 is not supported due to problems with this version.

CET 1.31.0 - 1.31.2 is not supported due to problems in this version.

CET 1.32.0 is not supported due to problems in this version.


Compatibility rules:


This mod follows the game's design and relies heavily on game mechanics and built-in modeling frameworks.

If you use it with other mods that change the game's built-in basics, the results may vary and depend on changes made by those mods.

If you're using a mod that changes the game's design or bypasses the game's methods to make it behave differently, or a mod that flouts shared resources rules, and you find the end results unacceptable or not meeting your expectations, there's nothing I can do about it, because the game's compatibility depends on other mods.

If you encounter unexpected mod functionality on supported versions of the game and CET, please first check it without other mods before reporting it.

Install or update:


manually (recommended) - insert the checked out folders into the game folder. Allow files to be overwritten if requested.


automatic - use the Vortex manager. Please note that sometimes it may not work properly due to problems with Vortex. In case of problems, please install it manually.



Uninstall:


automatically - use the Vortex manager if it was installed using Vortex.


manual - delete folder:
