About This Mod
Dexter DeSean - looking back, maybe not the best guy. And I found myself uninterested in his personalized gun, which my eddies spend, in addition to his cult habit of being an eyesore. I figured if I was V, I'd take this thing to the crafting table and fix it up a little bit. And I made it possible.
- Plan C is created from Plan B and 90 Level 5 components based on a prescription found on Dex's corpse.
- Plan C does not have the additional bleeding effect of Plan B, but should otherwise be statistically identical except for the following
- Plan C requires eddie to spend on shooting, but increases the number of eddies and the capacity of the magazine when shot in the head
- Plan C has two slots for mod installation, for customization
- Plan C has the same appearance as Plan B, except for the name Dex on the side

These weapons are just right for the moment.
