About This Mod

As requested on my other Varied Projectile Launcher Effects mod, here is a rebalance for damage values. Basic damage values are determined by the level and points of technical ability, which can be edited in the lua file at Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\LauncherRebalance


The lua has four sections

Damage based on normal level

Charged damage based on level

Normal damage based on technical ability

Charged damage based on technical abilities

DoT Effect Chance

Tranquilizer duration of action



Normal attacks are quick attacks from the launcher without aiming, and charged attacks are when the launcher is aimed for a couple of seconds. Damage is based on the fact that by default the game puts level-based damage and hardware-based damage together for total damage. The standard lua settings for fashion are based more on damage from technical abilities and a 100 percent chance to impose special effects such as poison or stun. All settings are the same as in the game, only with different values (except for the duration of the tranquilizer, if you use it).


A known error is that when the tranquilizer action duration is on, capture when it is in a tranquilizing state causes the npc to lose consciousness but not be in a lesion state.
