Notes.

To improve fps on GPUs such as GTX 1060 6GB, use the NVIDIA control panel; if you are using AMD graphics, whether there are similar features to configure anti-aliasing, texture filtering, etc., this is currently under study.

If you are using a GPU, we strongly recommend downgrading to a lower resolution, such as 1768 x 992 or 1600 x 900. This will allow a little fps increase if you are not bound to the processor. (Or not if you want a better picture quality.)

What to choose Open the application, choose Optimized, and close it.

NVIDIA Control Panel:

Exit to the desktop, right-click > NVIDIA Control Panel > 3D Settings > switch from Global Settings to Program Settings (use Global Settings if you want other games to accept your settings), under "1. Select the program to configure:" search for cyberpunk2077.exe and redlauncher.exe, click Add if they are not there, or Browse if the games do not appear in the Add pop-up window.

Here are the settings you want to change:

Set to:

Anti-Aliasing - Mode - Improve Application Settings - Application Controlled.

Set Anti-Alias Settings to 4x.

Set Anti-Alias Transparency to Multisample Off.

"Multi-frame sample AA (MFAA)" - "Off".

Change "CUDA - GPUs" to "Use these GPUs" and select the dedicated video card.

Shader Cache on On.

"Texture frittering - anisotropic sample optimisation" on "On".

"Texture frittering - negative LOD bias" - "Allowed".

"Shaking textures - quality" - "High performance".

Pattern Trap - Trilinear Optimization - Enabled.

Leave Stream Optimization On "Auto".

Then click Apply.

Installation method

How to install: open the file (generalOptimisation.ini) in ... ⇄ Put it in Cyberpunk 2077.

Archive to ... ◆Cyberpunk 2077 ⇄archive ⇄pc ⇄patch.

If the patch folder does not exist, right-click > folder > rename to patch and check out.

How to delete.

Delete the file. Deleting does not restore the *.ini tweek configuration file, so you may need to check the game file. (Please correct me if I'm wrong.)
