How to drift:
Newton's first law of inertia states that when an object moves, it seeks to continue to move in the same direction and resists any change in that movement, unless there is an external force causing a change in this case the natural tendency of cars - to drive straight when the car turns the steering wheel, an external force appears. This force is the friction between the tires and the track, called traction. When you turn the wheels, some of this traction is directed at an angle perpendicular to the car's speed, so instead of moving in a straight line, the car starts to move along a curve of trajectory. When you overcome the friction between the tires and the road, entering a corner at an unusually sharp angle or at an abnormally high speed and entering the slide, you can turn the slide into a skid by taking control of the car by turning the steering wheel in the opposite direction from the turn. Rotating the steering wheel reverses the direction of the friction force generated by skid, and this can change the direction of the skid itself.
Practice until you know how to turn using the acceleration and brakes of the vehicle and how to turn the steering wheel. Then drifting will seem to you an easy task.

How to operate the wheel: Depress and hold the brake, then hold acceleration. You can tell when it is ready to release by listening to the sound, then release the brake while holding the acceleration.
