About This Mod
A flurry of relics is the only way to inflict significant damage, and it does so much (especially if enemies are grouped together).
Quickshot is a fast incapacitation that interrupts network runners and lands users of sandevistan, Charged shot is aoe crowd control.
Both fire regimes leave enemies exposed and impose a debaff on them, which causes them to take more damage.
The new debaff that this launcher puts on works roughly the same as Cyberware Malfunction, but without possible permanent effects, and you can't use each other's stakes to get the right to explode (tried, it opened the door for too many exploits).
Short Circuit will count Thunderous Wrath stacks as if they were Cyberware Malfunction, for its synergistic effect.
