Map of the coast: Wlerkenburg

This map depicts a wide delta of the river, which is surrounded by steep rocks on its borders. On the coast there are smooth sandy beaches and a few tiny islands. Although there are many heights, there is also a lot of space to build your city.

Water

The main river divides into two parts immediately after entering the play zone, after which the two rivers separate again, the inner branches of the rivers meet at the shore. This gives the map a beautiful fragmented landscape. The current on the rivers is very strong. It must push sewage out to sea at high speed. I added four small lakes: one with a sandy beach, one along the river, a mountain lake serine and a square pool that can be used for sewage or pumping. They all have their own water source, so they don't dry out.

Infrastructure

There are four highways on the map, which intersect in two locations. There is an initial tile between these places, so the traffic is evenly distributed. There are three railways, one of which runs along the starting cage. Sea routes run along the coast. Only a large river has a navigable path to prevent excessive traffic on waterways.

Resources

There is a lot of farmland, and they are a mixture of thick and very narrow woodlands. There are oil fields between numerous agricultural plots. The mountain range further inland has large ore fields, but there is also an ore field near the launch pad.

I called the map Wlerkenburg because I thought it would sound ridiculous in English. Vlerk is an outdated Dutch word meaning "scoundrel".
