About This Mod
Allows you to build your infrastructure (e.g. motorways) outside the city
You need this mod if you want to edit highways, railways, trees, power lines, and water/sewer lines outside the city and/or the 25-cell area. This mod also allows you to place buildings that do not need to be built on the roadside anywhere in the map. This mod does not intentionally support zoning outside the city limits, so you can only build roads that do not have zoning outside the city limits.
