About This Mod

Cleans wastewater and pumps the treated water back to the city water system. You do not need to be near the water, just a car connection. This asset REALLY has a working connection to the water supply system, unlike many other water bodies in the Workshop.

Here are the statistics for those who are interested:

240,000 units of recycled water per week

280,000 units of treated water per week

$25,000 initial construction costs

$800 a week in maintenance.

This also creates garbage, which the other two do not have. This is done to simulate the fact that not everything can be cleaned, some solid waste will have to be taken out and transported to the landfill/incinerator.

For comparison, the original water pump generates about 120,000 units for about $2,500 and $240 a week for maintenance... while the original sewage treatment plant handled about 160,000 units of wastewater per week and cost about $15,000 to maintain $640. So it costs about $5,000 more than the initial construction costs with the same amount of water and a little better wastewater treatment, but is more cost-effective for long-term work, costing just $800 a week, while two water pumps and a sewer will cost you $1,120 a week.
