The GM New Look, also known by its nickname "Aquarium" (because of its six-section rounded windshield), is a transit bus introduced in 1959 by the truck and bus division of General Motors and produced until 1986. More than 44,000 New Look buses were built. Its strong production performance and long career made it a cult bus for transit in North America.

In 2004, TTC embarked on an ambitious refurbishment program for a number of GM Fishbowls aquariums. The buses consisted of several parks of their own, as well as several models purchased in Montreal that would otherwise have been scrapped. These vehicles were needed to counter the shortage of buses in the system caused by the unexpected surge in passenger traffic, and for seven years they did not order new buses.

This is based on the T6H5307N model that was used for the rebuild. I may have been mistaken in the details if any of my reference shots were taken with older models.
