About This Mod

Add realistic physical imitation of the blood from the wound as well as the effects of bleeding on overgrowth.




There are no known conflicts with other regimes (other than legacy ones), and we do not expect conflicts in the future because of the way they are implemented.


Features include:

The wound will bleed realistically,

Blood droplets can drip and reach other characters and surroundings,

When hit with sufficient force, the nose bleeds,

When you stab a knife in your torso, there's blood coming out of your mouth and nose.


There are some variables that can be configured in the settings.yaml files (for versions 0.11.0 and later, they have been moved to the in-game mode settings page):

Wound bleeding activated: whether the wound should bleed,

NoseBleedsEnabled: Whether nasal bleeding is included

Bleeding from the mouth: Does the character have bleeding from the mouth when inserted into the torso?

MaxActiveBloodDrips: the maximum amount of active/flowing blood decreases immediately (lower = better performance),

BloodAmountMultiplier: Alters the amount of blood droplets that form in a wound

Bleeding time space: Changes the bleeding time in the wound

Bloodstream width: Change the width of the blood muscle / November,

Friction on the surface of the backstop: changes the amount of friction at which the blood moves on the surface (below = blood flows faster),

UpdateDecalsWhenFarAway: Should blood labels be updated with low quality Lod models,

DecalPixelsPerMeter: The density of pixels to automatically scale the resolution of the label texture. (Low = better performance but lower resolution)
