Electric Arc: Now distributes damage between two affected
Targets Shield: now the action
Glass Shield: Now Action
Guidance: Action Now
Phase Discharge: No longer adds a spell-casting ability modifier and reduces attack power by 1, still scales with level.
"Cold touch": no longer turns undead, but only when successful is superimposed on undead.
Conductive Weapon: No longer jumps to all creatures within 6 m of each other in critical condition, only jumps to creatures within 1.5 m of each other
