Less annoying magical effects
About This Mod
Maud removes various annoying effects from many spells and abilities, altering only the XML files of the corresponding effects.
Therefore, it can be used regardless of the version of the game (the worst thing that can happen is that the effect that this mod should remove will not be removed, but it should not break anything).
No spells or any other data records are affected, so there should be no conflict with any mods that alter spells, abilities, etc.
While spells use effects modified by this mode, these modified effects will not be visible (even if it is a brand new spell added by another mode, if it refers to any of the effects modified by this mode).
If another mod changes the effect used by a spell, then of course that mod will no longer affect the effect of that spell.

INSTALLATION
The mod comes in two variants, both using free files.
Primary File
A "BG3 Replacer" mode, designed to be installed using Mod Manager, which can install free files into the game's installation folder. The "Public" folder contained in the package archive must be located in the "Data" folder under the game installation path, for example: "C:\...\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Public".
Optional File
A simple archive with unpacked files and an installation package file, allowing you to choose the options you want. Unzip the archive to any location, edit the BAT file, and follow the simple instructions inside (look at the pictures in the images section), and then run it. This is the RECOMMENDED way to install the mod, but obviously it requires manual installation, so may not be suitable for everyone.
