Elven Weapons - Short Bows
About This Mod
New elven short bows. This mod tried to make them special, not just low-level long bows. My previous "Long Bows" modifier focuses them on accuracy, damage, and range, while this mod forces short bows to focus on speed, mobility, and status effects.
General characteristics:
-The range of fire is reduced to 15 meters. This was done in order to force the mobile gaming style, if you use their mobility abilities well, their effective range will be better than their old 18m.
-Basic damage reduced to 1D4. However, even those who shoot a shorter bow at a lower level have access to three multi-charge actions. Taking this into account, their damage per turn is higher than that of the short bows in the base game.
-Quick Fire: this is the basic passive effect of short bows. At -5 to attack rolls, it allows one extra shot when using one of Elven's Short Bow's actions. It can be turned on or off at any time. Also, like the bonus, the penalty applies only to actions with elven short bows weapons, you don't need to disable it to do normal shots or class actions.
-Melee Combat: All elven short bows ignore the penalty for shooting too close to the target.
·Critical Jump: Starting at an unusual level, all elven short bows give impulse at critical impact, duration of the effect is also a baseline. In addition, all special short bows have other critical kick bonuses.
Location
Basic models can be bought in different locations:
-Normal: Dammon in the grove (Act I)
-Unusual (+1): Bream to the refuge of Zentarim and Bluerg in the colony of Mykons (Act I)
-Rare (+2): Intendant Tully in the hotel "Last Light" and Lann Tarv in the "Towers of the Moonrise" (Act II) and Fireworks Fitz in the Lower City (Act III).
