Definition

This mod is intended to complement the existing UN mod family faction Aegis by including groups that are particularly suitable for the forest environment.

Two new UN teams

- Uno (Tropics) [Independent]

It is also available under BLUFOR:

- United Nations (Brazil) [BLOOFOR]

-United Nations (Brazil) (Dry) [BLOOFING]

The factions are identical, except for the parties and naming scheme (Wolf Dani's armed attack puts the UN under blufor's control, patronizes it as INDFOR, and I wanted to juxtapose both).

Both factions have a full set of units and vehicles, and include light infantry and reserve units.

Both are available as roll-up, long-sleeved and sleeveless tops (according to the LDF uniform)

Future updates will also include more tools and a dry version of the band.

Tradition

The economic crisis of the 2020’s affected the world as a whole, but South America suffered less than any other continent that was integrated into the global economy, owing to its dependence on exports of basic raw materials. But even that has led to violence and instability on the continent.

Because of the need to maintain trade flows with partner countries and to seek good relations with potential trading partners, many of whom suffer from internal or external conflicts, Brazil is reluctant to accept more troops in UN missions, and the number of troops deployed abroad as peacekeepers and observers will increase significantly.

These initially unpopular deployments have increased goodwill towards Brazil in the international community, with Brazilian peacekeeping forces deployed around the world, including Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Lachuga, Nigeria, Italy, and most recently the Republic. Because of Brazil's history of neutrality and strong diplomacy, Brazil's deployment to UN standards tended to be particularly effective.

In the late 2030s, as tensions over the new cold war gradually escalate, political upheavals could lead to an unprecedented reduction in the deployment of the UN in Brazil...
