This mod allows you to build a combination of traditional warehouses (without connecting to the Office) and ports on the water, as well as to move the selected building from the shore to the water. Production/extraction can therefore be transferred from shore to sea.


Unlike other mods, it added not only a berth system, but also a building layout with modified feedback animation.


Location:


Upstairs is an additional warehouse for (O III)

Increased island storage capacity, as in depot: 50/100 (150 for III)

No connection to the sales post is required


Trade unions operate as terrestrial unions.


Buildings are available in the port menu from the moment a certain area is unlocked: two icons between the waterfront and the warehouse (for O and even Warehouse III).


Additional structure that can be placed on the water:


Public Wharf (O/NW)

Commuter pier (if you use OW and Spice it Up, also NW, Arctic and Enbesa)

Trading post for all regions

For Enbesa: Salt beach construction and seafood fishing

For Arctic: Whale shore building and Seal Hunter (both buildings no longer require heating)


The coastal building for Vanilla / NW runs on water from vanilla games.


Add mods for full functionality:


To extend Arctic quay, use the mod 'Arctic Quay' from 'Spice it Up' or 'Quay System Full Corners'.

Use this mod to create waterfront streets with Enbesa and Arctic: "Waterfront streets for Enbesa and Arctic" (you already have a mod that includes waterfront streets for Enbesa and Arctic).



Note:

For construction on water, a minimum road must be created between the building and the warehouse, but there is no need to build on the port territory.
