About This Mod
This will remove the restriction on dropping certain items from airships.
This will allow them
Drop propaganda in their cities.
Drop care packages to your enemies.
Of course, that's the real reason you're all here:
Drop bombs on enemy towns.
All right. Is the harbor well protected? Never mind. We can sneak up behind on zeppelins and bomb the population with carpets. Some might call this a war crime, but I think the Geneva Conventions were signed at least 50 years ago!

Dropped bombs can only damage buildings on a belligerent's island.
You can bomb neutral or friendly countries, or even yourself, but they won't do any damage and you'll actually waste your bombs. It's a hard coded restriction, and I can't get around it.
So far, bombing cities has done nothing to affect the morale of the islands. I am working on this issue and may report the results later.
It is difficult to determine whether the bombing of cities will have a negative impact on AI. More research is needed.
