About This Mod
What? Are you stuck in the wasteland and afraid to step on a mine? You don't want to get the healing factor because you're always hungry? Is treasure hunter trash? Is the Lockpicking skill trash? Life off land is not good enough? He'll catch you, buddy!
This mod improves ALL unused perks and adds a few improvements to most of the already good perks, but I felt they were missing something.
If you find any problems, please let him know! He'll fix them as soon as possible!
It seems to be his biggest fashion at the moment, and people have been asking for him, both rudely and benevolently, so he's finally here:
