- Add it to [Research] [Horse] [Combat] and everything else.
IK_8=(Action=HoodToggle) and IK_9=(Action=CapeToggle)
By default, these are the 8 (IK_8) and 9 (IK_9) keys, but you can change them
8 and 9 on any other key (IK_[insert any key]).
