This equipment and spells from it scale with your character to 20th level.

What is the difference between the Rare and the Legendary?
In Rare, all spells, abilities, and effects of the gear are balanced for gameplay, so strong abilities can only be used a few times per battle.
In Legendary, all spells, abilities, and effects are unlocked, and you can use them or apply them as many times as you want. The legendary version also includes many other bonuses that are not present in the rare version. Some Legendary version effects that are not visible in the tooltip include:
Cape: Protect against attack if possible
Boots: You get the "Earthness" attribute, so you can't be pushed.
Installation:
Installation via BG3 Mod Manager, as well as any other BG3 mod.
Install ONLY ONE of the two versions and go to the folder (C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods) and remove any duplicate PoisonSet.pak files that exist there. If there are more than one, you will have problems because they will try to overwrite each other.
